Our team works in the implementation of infrastructure projects by national and foreign companies from various sectors in Brazil, such as electricity, steel, mining, transport, ports, airports, shipbuilding, among others.

Our professionals participate in the formatting and negotiation of different project structures, including:

• BOTs (Build, Operate & Transfer);
• BOOs (Build, Own & Operate);
• AOTs (Acquire, Operate & Transfer);
• Leasing (financial and operational);
• Implementation of projects under the public service exploration regime through concessions, permissions and authorizations or PPPs;
• Preparation, analysis and negotiation of all contracts related to projects, such as: i) term sheets; ii) EPC contracts (Engineering, Procurement and Construction); iii) O&M (Operation and Maintenance); iv) purchase and sale; v) financing; vi) warranties and others.

From the structuring until the conclusion of negotiations, we advise our clients through multidisciplinary groups in relation to all aspects of the project, whether regulatory, tax, real estate, corporate, financial or environmental.
